Role in World of Walker[]

THE ARCHAEOLOGIST[]

Lily is a archaeology student living in France. She is highly skilled with computers and her Walker ID, #28300, is well known in hacker circles. She keeps mostly to herself but has a large network of friends in her secret online network.

Lily has a burning interest in mysterious archaeology: objects that appear too complex for the time in which they were made. This has given her an idea to which she dedicates all her free time: she is convinced that there once existed an unknown, extinct, technologically advanced civilization thousands of years ago. She believes that their skills and a knowledge of their technological tools may be very important for modern humans.

She is disheartened when her theories are not taken seriously in academic circles. Despite this setback, she continues to dig deeper to reveal evidence of their existence.

In 2013, she became a global news sensation when she made revolutionary archaeological discoveries in France. She led a research team to 8 monoliths in a deserted field. Buried beneath them were mysteriously advanced objects that were thousands of years old. Lily had shown the whole world that the history books were incomplete. The theory of an extinct people who were more advanced than modern humans had been proven.

CONTROVERSIES[]

In 2018, Lily agreed a joint collaboration with the mighty Red Nexus corporation. They financed digs all over the world and placed several objects in The Walker Excavations museum. Lily knew of many artefacts that were kept hidden from public view. She suspected that these technological artefacts, especially the AVI-8, were being studied for unknown reasons. Lily’s theory was that Red Nexus was trying to weaponize this ancient technology. She grew fearful and soon broke off all contact with the corporation. She went on with her research alone.

In 2019, Lily made major discoveries in a previously unexplored cave in southeast Vietnam. She found the Ancient Walkers message from 3000 years previous: a time capsule that held information, technology and knowledge for modern humanity.

THE WALKER NETWORK[]

On the run from Red Nexus, she activated her extensive network for assistance. Together with her best friend, Walker #0, the modern Walkers Network were founded. An underground movement of misfits with special data skills. They joined forces to use their skills to decipher their ancestors’ message to them. The organization grew at record pace across the whole world.

In 2035 Lily was arrested before the solar storm struck and the Earth was plunged into darkness. She was last seen in Red Nexus prison facilities. Her fate remains unknown.

Lily’s name has always commanded respect in the community of Walkers. The girl who defied the academic world to prove her theories. Her discoveries engaged hordes of people across the world. She got them to unite and work together toward the ultimate goal that will save humanity: to create World Of Walker.
